This week in COSS: Unleash raised a $35 million Series B to expand its enterprise feature-flag platform, while Mistral AI closed a €3 billion Series D to scale compute and commercial growth. Moonshot AI is considering a Hong Kong IPO of up to $5 billion, Thinking Machines Lab is reportedly in talks for a $5 billion–$6 billion round, and ClickHouse acquired RunReveal to bring security-data expertise in-house.

Elsewhere, ClickHouse’s annual recurring revenue passed $350 million amid demand for AI workloads; OpenBB announced it is winding down and open-sourcing its product suite; and IBM committed $240 million to a Together AI inference cluster on IBM Cloud. OpenAI released its long-awaited report on its rogue model’s breach of Hugging Face’s infrastructure, while Automattic’s board placed founder and CEO Matt Mullenweg on leave and named CFO Mark Davies interim CEO.
