Tacoma-based MultiCare Health System faced an increasingly problematic pain point in managing the data of its 375,000 patients:

“With prior data platforms, our teams lacked transparency, which inhibited our ability to reconcile and validate external sources of truth, and customizing other platforms for our specific needs proved difficult,” said Anna Taylor, associate vice president of Population Health and Value-based Care at MultiCare.

These are the kinds of problems for which COSS platforms are the perfect solution. COSS offers enterprise users the customizability, transparency, and control of open source software backed by the resources, value-added services, and deployment technology and expertise of a commercial vendor.

MultiCare was so impressed with the solution offered by Tuva Health that it became not only a customer, but a strategic investor.
